Information we collect

When you contact us, book an AI Adoption Conversation or complete a Snapshot, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, role, organization, website, scheduling details and inquiry context.

We may also collect your answers about readiness, organizational alignment, workflows, governance and next-step priorities.

Please do not submit confidential client files, employee records, proprietary datasets, financial account information, legal information, medical information, credentials or other sensitive information through public forms. A short business summary is enough.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond, review your Snapshot answers, assess whether an AI Adoption Conversation or further advisory engagement is useful, manage meetings, maintain records and improve our advisory process.

We do not sell submitted information. We do not distribute or share confidential information except where needed to provide our services, operate our systems, meet legal obligations or follow your direction.

Tools and service providers

We may use service providers for forms, customer relationship management, scheduling, email, document storage, meeting notes and internal drafting or summarization support. Depending on their systems and settings, these providers may process information outside Canada.

Growth Partners AI Consulting provides advisory and enablement services. We do not certify legal compliance, perform privacy audits, deploy systems or replace your legal, privacy, security, HR, finance or technical advisors.

Internal drafting tools

We may use assisted tools to organize notes, draft summaries, prepare internal recommendations or improve the clarity of advisory materials. Any future engagement requiring deeper data handling should have its scope, consent path and safeguards agreed separately.

Access, correction and questions

You may ask to access, correct, delete or limit the use of information you have provided, subject to legal, contractual, operational and recordkeeping requirements.
