Donna Langille
Co-Founder & Chief Experience Officer (CXO)
Donna brings experience across telecom, retail, contact centres, and sales training. As a Learning and Development Lead, she draws on her skills in training design, content writing, facilitation, and communications to help teams make complex topics clear and build staff knowledge and confidence.
